LOOKING BACK AT AN ICON OF MAPPING AT OCTOBER NETWORKING EVENT

A lively networking event was held at the Eastern Innovation Business Centre in October sponsored by our Platinum Sponsor Australia Post and Star Track.

Guest speaker was David Godfrey from Melway who were a previous Monash Business Award winner and are celebrating 50 years in the mapping business. David provided an interesting look back at how the business started and the challenges they have faced and continue to with the introduction of digital maps and GPS systems.

Australia Post also provided some valuable statistics on how people shop these days and the increase in parcels being delivered. Springvale is the highest purchaser of health and beauty products on-line!
