A FURTHER TWO NOMINEES ANNOUNCED FOR THE 2009/10 MONASH BUSINESS AWARDS

Pinewood Quality Nursery & Desaln8 have been announced as the next two nominees for the 2009/10 Monash Business Awards at a Breakfast held at the Mulgrave Country Club on Wednesday 18 November. Approximately 150 business people were in attendance.
The guest speaker at the Breakfast, Mr James Kirby, financial journalist and Editor of the Eureka Report, delivered a very informative presentation about how getting the right independent stock market knowledge can “make or break” your business.
The first business nominee announced at the Breakfast was established in 1960 and is located in Glen Waverley. Pinewood Quality Nursery has been operating for nearly 50 years and is a stand out in its field. An award winning nursery, renowned for their quality and range, Pine Quality Nursery pride themselves on their friendly, knowledge, experienced & qualified staff that provide their customers with the right advice for any style of garden. Accepting the nomination was Pinewood Quality Nursery’s Owner & Managing Director, Mr Frank Mitchell.
Desaln8, the second nominee of the morning, is an Australian owned company dedicated to providing water supply solutions at an affordable price to people and organisations with poor water resources. Located in Notting Hill, their cutting edge & unique desalination technology has seen them grow to become market leaders in this area of expertise. Accepting the nomination on their behalf was their Managing Director, Chris Dawson.
The next Monash Business Awards event is a breakfast to be held on Wednesday 17 February 2010 at the Mulgrave Country Club.
