The Latest 2011/2012 Monash Business Awards Nominees

The Blue Pod Coffee Company & MBE Glen Waverley are the next two nominees for the 2011/12 Monash Business Awards. The announcement was made at a Breakfast held at the Mulgrave Country Club on Wednesday 15 February. Approximately 120 business people were in attendance.

The guest speaker at the Breakfast, Dean Russell, Managing Director, Moira Mac’s Poultry & Fine Foods delivered an enlightening presentation in which he explained the ever changing role food has played in our everyday lives. He ended his presentation with an entertaining 60 second cooking challenge for City of Monash, Councillor Greg Male, in which he made a delicious, healthy & nutritious meal using Moira Mac’s 100% preservative free chicken breast.

The first business nominee to present at the Breakfast was established in 2002 and is located in Mulgrave. The Blue Pod Coffee Company is a privately owned Australian company that specialises in providing coffee solutions for offices, home, retail outlets and warehouses and is focused on and takes pride in providing a great quality product.  Accepting the nomination was The Blue Pod Coffee Company’s Director Mr Eli Raskin.

MBE Glen Waverley, the second nominee of the day, is located in Glen Waverley and is a business service centre that offers complete office services solutions. Accepting the nomination was their Director, Mr Peter Lindsay.

The next Monash Business Awards event is a Business Lunch to be held on Wednesday 18 April 2012 at the Mulgrave Country Club.
