2017 Monash Business Awards Business of the Year Winner, Horner

Work is well underway in preparation for next year’s Awards, with the first of our events to be held onWednesday August 23 at The Eastern Innovation Business Centre.
We invite all members of the Monash business community to join us in meeting the category winners from this year’s awards, and to hear their inspiring stories of how taking the plunge to nominate has been a driving force behind some big plans they have for the next 12 months.
As part of this year’s awards, we’ll be profiling the category nominees and finalists throughout the year, adding even more reason to nominate and share your story with the greater business community!
To kick things off, we asked Adele Last, General Manager of our 2016/2017 Business of the Year Award winner, HORNER to share their answers from their nomination and how this process in itself was a great opportunity to reflect on achievements to date, and helped plan for the future.

2016/2017 Monash Business of the Year Award Winner, Horner

The nomination process for the Medium to Large category allowed HORNER to reflect on the significance of industry won awards over the last year, including the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RSCA) Award for Excellence in Client Service. This acknowledgement allowed HORNER to go from strength to strength, simply by focussing on delivering what they promised and becoming known for client first initiatives.
